Shipping policy

Tenure Gifts ships to addresses in the United States only. Every order is fulfilled directly by the workshop that makes the item and shipped with tracking.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on watches (Goodwatch, Laphont), pens, cufflinks, ID bracelets and sterling silver (Massete), and leather goods (TheodoreLeather).
• Planners and binders (STIL) and acacia and resin pieces (Lynn & Liana) carry a flat shipping charge shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Engraved items may take an additional 1 to 3 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. If your order contains items from more than one maker, you may receive more than one parcel and more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Contact us at nathan@bomshteyn.com as soon as possible if you need to change an address. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a tracked parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund with the maker.
