Three kinds of real estate gift
"Gifts for real estate agents" covers three different purchases, and they need different budgets. A client thanking their agent after closing is usually spending $50–$150 on one item. A brokerage recognising agents is spending $150–$300 each on several identical pieces for a top-producer dinner or an anniversary. And an agent buying closing gifts for buyers wants something at $40–$100 that looks generous in the keys photo and can be reordered all year. This page is built for all three.
Client to agent: the thank-you after closing
Agents live out of a car and a bag, and they hand out business cards constantly. The most-used gift we can suggest is the slim leather card holder ($24.99, vintage brown or black) or its bigger sibling the slim leather bifold wallet ($34.99). A step up is the A5 leather journal cover and padfolio ($59.99), the folio that comes out at every listing appointment, or the B5 leather padfolio ($69.99) if they carry a full letter pad of disclosures. If your agent went far beyond the job, the Massete Venero rollerball ($79.97) is the pen they will sign the next hundred contracts with.
Brokerage to agent: awards, anniversaries, top producers
Recognition gifts have to look good on a stage and in a LinkedIn post. That is why brokerages default to watches: the Alfred Sung Metropolitan Date ($139) for volume awards, the Alfred Sung Automatic II ($249) or Alfred Sung Automatic III skeleton ($235) for a top-producer or ten-year milestone. Women's options are the Alfred Sung Serenity ($159) and Alfred Sung Octavia ($135). For a new licensee joining the brokerage, the STIL A5 planner binder ($44) with a Get It Done insert ($25) is a useful, inexpensive welcome. Order several through the bulk quote form and we confirm quantity and delivery in one reply.
Agent to buyer: closing and housewarming gifts
The closing gift is marketing that lives in the client's kitchen. The pieces that work are the ones that get used at the first dinner party: the rain-drop charcuterie board ($98, ocean-blue resin edge), the state-shaped acacia cheese board ($90; Florida, California or Texas shapes), a fluted candle ($57.80) or the resin-coated whisky glasses ($46). Shoreline coasters ($33.80) are the under-$40 option for a rental or a first condo. Agents who order 5–20 of the same board or candle across a year can set that up as a standing bulk quote.
What to avoid
- Anything with "#1 Agent" or a house icon on it. It reads as a promo item, not a gift.
- Bottles of wine as a closing gift, unless you know the client. A board or candle is safer and lasts longer.
- Gift cards. They tell the client what you spent and nothing else.
Timing
For a closing gift, order once the clear-to-close comes through, not on signing day; makers ship tracked and transit times are shown at checkout. For brokerage awards, allow two to three weeks so we can confirm quantities with the maker before the event.
Shipping, gift notes and returns
Every item ships tracked directly from its maker. If you order pieces from more than one maker they will arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. A gift note can be added at checkout. Personalization and gift boxing depend on the maker and are noted on each product page; we never promise engraving we cannot deliver. Return terms are set per maker and shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, depend on the item and are either shown at checkout or billed by the carrier.
