Refund policy

30-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email nathan@bomshteyn.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and the return address; items are returned directly to the maker that shipped them. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Engraved and personalized items

Items engraved or personalized to your instructions are final sale and cannot be returned, except where the engraving does not match the text you entered at checkout or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of the maker receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping paid.

Corporate and bulk orders

Return terms for corporate orders are confirmed in writing at the time of quote.
